Return Conditions

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

📦 Important: Returns must be sent to our warehouse only after contacting our customer support team.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards
